Ingredients Shopping List

Buy these ingredients to make a jug (1.5 litres) of each of the four cocktails on the menu.

Quality ingredients are required to make quality cocktails. Good quality spirits are essential for a high quality result. Squeezing fresh juices can be time consuming but will make a world of difference to your cocktails.

Don't forget the ice! Two or three ice cubes in each drink you serve will really let down your drinks. We recommend buying at least two 3Kg bags of ice for serving four jugs of cocktails.

  • 1 x Tanqueray Export Gin (750ml)
  • 2 x Sauza Silver Tequila (750ml)

Syrups and Mixers:

  • 1 x Soda Water (750ml)
  • 1 x Old Jamaican Ginger Beer (750ml)

*Note that the quantities of fresh fruits shown here provide a rough guide only and assume you're squeezing the maxium juice from the fruit with a citrus press. It's best to allow some margin for error, rather than be caught short when you start pressing juice and mixing the cocktails.
