Tiki Cocktail Party 2
This party menu brings together four cocktails from the classic era of Tiki drinks. As well as the Tiki tour de force known as the Mai Tai, ample support is provided by The Royal Hawaiian, a rich Daiquiri and the Saturn cocktail.

Mai Tai
The quintessential Tiki cocktail, created by Trader Vic. A blend of Rums, Orange, Lime and Almond results in a flavour that's "Out of this world - the best!" Or in the original Tahitian: "Mai tai - roa ae".
Royal Hawaiian
A Tiki cocktail classic, served at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Waikiki in the late 1940s. Deep fruit flavours, rich Almond Syrup and a hint of botannicals from the Gin form the basis of this excellent libation.
Tiki Daiquiri
The timeless Rum, Lime and Sugar combination of the Cuban Daiquiri is given extra depth of flavour by the use of a rich Jamaican Rum.
Saturn
The Saturn was created by Californian Tiki genius Popo Galsini in the late 1960s. This largely forgotten cocktail has a perfect combination of exotic Tiki flavours.
